SpellBun'd is an AFK wave-based survival game about a magical bunny that is fending off creatures that are after its magical book.
It uses spells to vanquish these various scoundrels of varying size and strength.
The game is endless, and upgrades are sparse; how long can you last?

I created the concepts for half of the characters, as well as creating final sprites for each.
This also includes their animations.
For the bunny, this includes: Idle, Spell Active, Spell Cast, Hurt animations.
For enemies, this includes: Walk, death.
For the shop keeper, this includes: Intro, Idle
Each character on the field has its own set of animations and walk cycles.
I enjoyed this one heavily. Sprite-work of this style is what I enjoy doing most.
Creating not only character designs but converting them to a lower pixel density and working with that constraint gives the sprites a fun retro look. Im very happy with how the sprites turned out.
